5. Fees & Payment

• Paid plans require subscription fees.
• Fees are billed in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment.

Deckp retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• The software
• Branding
• Documentation
• Platform features

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data.

7. Data Ownership

You own all time tracking and business data entered into the platform.

We act only as a processor of your data.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to use reasonable efforts to protect customer confidential information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of Terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal use

Users may terminate accounts at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Deckp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Deckp harmless from claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
